Tim Hall has struggled to manage his own finances.

He's had liens placed on his homes twice [10][11] and was forced to enter into an agreement with his mortgage lender to avoid foreclosure. [12][13] If Tim Hall can't manage his own finances, how can we trust him to manage Kentucky's state budget?

Exhibit B / Jeffersontown general fund

Tim Hall is a tax-and-spend liberal.

During his time on the Jeffersontown City Council, the city's annual budget doubled — from nearly $20 million to $40 million. In Frankfort, Hall would bring the same tax-and-spend approach — growing government, increasing taxes, and sticking Kentucky families with the bill. [7][8]

Hall voted Yea on the FY 2024-25 budget (6/4/2024), the FY 2025-26 budget (6/9/2025), and the FY 2026-27 budget (6/16/2026). [8]

Tim Hall would hurt job creation and Kentucky's economy.

On the Jeffersontown City Council, Hall opposed a tax cut designed to help attract new businesses and create jobs in the community. Instead of making Kentucky more competitive, Tim Hall would stand in the way of lower taxes and good-paying jobs. [9]
